U.S. Holders - Option 1 - Social Security Number - If you choose this option, you should receive immediate access if you pass an online identity verification process.
Enter the following information:

1. Social Security Number or EIN
2. Zip Code
3. Company you own shares in: Linde plc
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
5. Type in the CAPTCHA Code
6. Click NEXT
   
   

U.S. Holders - Option 2 - Holder Account number - If you choose this option you may need to have a verification process sent to you via postal mail - it can take up to 2 weeks to receive this.
Enter the following information:

1. Select I am a U.S. Resident
2. Holder Account Number
3. Zip Code
4. Company you own shares in: Linde plc
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
6. Type in the CAPTCHA Code
7. Click NEXT

Non-U.S. Holders - Option 2 - Holder Account number - If you choose this option you may need to have a verification process sent to you via postal mail - it can take up to 2 weeks to receive this.

Enter the following information:

1. Select I am not a U.S. Resident
2. Holder Account Number
3. Last Name/Surname/Business Name
4. Company you own shares in:  Linde plc
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
6. Type in the CAPTCHA Code

User Registration (All Holders)

1. Enter First and Last Name
2. Enter e-mail address
3. Create a User ID
4. Create a new password and confirm
5. Create a seal and setup three (3) security questions
6. Enter mobile/cell phone number (optional)
7. Confirm your email address in the link emailed by Computershare
8. Your verification code will be sent to you by mail if applicable
